- break-ups
- mental or physical illness/ health/ accidents/ sickness
- changing of rules or dynamic of the relationship

- holidays
- opening up
- marriage or divorce
- learning more about yourself and partners
What we took away:
- it's good to have an open and fluid outlook on life so you can more easily adapt to changes and so change isn't so scary
- learning experiences are usually positive even if it doesn't feel like it at the time
- approach the change with the knowledge that you will learn from it
- communication is incredibly important, usually best in person, but you need to find the best means of communicating for your unit
- sticking to your boundaries is important, but being unopened to change can cause a lot of problems, especially in poly relationships
- poly relationships are hard ;P
